Plasma Cutting

Our Machitech Diamond Cut Plasma Table delivers precision and power for mild steel and stainless steel jobs. This high-speed thermal process is well-suited for intricate shapes, cost-effective profiling, and repeatable cuts.

Flame Cutting

Also operated on our Machitech system, flame cutting excels in thicker materials—up to 8 inches. This reliable thermal cutting method is ideal when large cross-sections or heavy-duty profiles are required.

Saw Cutting

Our Hyd-mech S-23A automatic band saw delivers miter-cut precision for tubing, bar stock, and exotic materials. It’s a critical stage in our prep workflow, ensuring exact lengths and angle tolerances before downstream processing.
