HVOF - High Velocity Oxygen Fuel

HVOF is our go-to method for applying high-quality carbide and metal coatings. The process results in near-wrought densities and superior bond strength, making it ideal for components subjected to intense thermal, abrasive, and corrosive environments. Our system reaches gas velocities up to 8000 fps, enabling extremely thin and consistent coatings. This method is commonly used on:

Robotic PTA Welding

(Hot Process)

Our Plasma Transfer Arc (PTA) system uses powders to apply precise weld overlays. This hot process is ideal for extending the life of high-wear components and for internal welding inside bushings. Applications include:

Jet Kote System

(Cold Process)

Jet Kote provides a superior bond compared to chrome and applies powders at high pressure without generating heat. This allows us to process delicate or heat-sensitive parts with no distortion. Ideal for:

Extreme Carbide Overlay

This process involves a MIG welding machine paired with a carbide vibrator. We can apply custom carbide overlays in various thicknesses using fine to coarse particles. Best used for:
